Krishna Rajaraman

Krishna Rajaraman serves as Head-Customer Delivery Experience at Intellect, where he leads the organisation’s focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes through execution excellence, delivery transformation and scalable implementation practices. With over two decades of experience spanning Corporate Banking Portals, Retail Banking Portals, Treasury and Investment Platforms, and enterprise technology solutions, he brings a strong blend of technology expertise and delivery leadership.

Prior to his transition to Head – Customer Delivery Experience, Krishna served as Chief Technology Officer at Intellect, where he led several strategic initiatives and played a key role in building scalable platforms, driving innovation and delivering high impact programmes across the organisation.

Over the last decade, Krishna has successfully anchored several high priority and business critical implementation programmes involving complex customer requirements and demanding delivery commitments. He is known for driving execution through a structured approach that combines pattern-based design thinking, agile development practices, effective prioritisation and strong team mentorship.

His core strength lies in translating business objectives into scalable solutions and ensuring seamless execution across the customer delivery lifecycle. He has consistently focused on enabling teams, improving delivery predictability and creating frameworks that enhance customer experience and long-term value.

At Intellect, Krishna pioneered the development of omnichannel solutions and transformed them into low-code platforms, enabling wider adoption and scalability across teams. His work focuses on transforming legacy banking into agile, intelligent ecosystems for measurable business impact. His contributions continue to strengthen Intellect’s ability to deliver innovation with speed, consistency and customer centricity.
