Deepak Dastrala is the Chief Executive Officer and Business Head of Purple Fabric at Intellect. A technology and innovation leader with 24 years of experience, he brings deep expertise across financial technology, insurance, enterprise platforms, product engineering, AI, data, and cloud computing.
Before assuming the CEO role, Deepak served as Chief Technology Officer of IntellectAI, where he led technology vision, architecture, engineering, product development, and delivery across platforms and products. Earlier, as Head of Strategy and Innovation, he shaped frontier use cases across artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Prior to IntellectAI, he was Senior Manager at Ebix, where he led the development and international expansion of SmartOffice CRM for financial advisors.
Deepak has played a pivotal role in shaping Purple Fabric into Intellect’s Open Business Impact AI platform, built to help enterprises move from AI experimentation to trusted business impact. The platform brings together enterprise knowledge, contextual intelligence, AI orchestration, governance, and cloud-native architecture for high-stakes business environments.
As CEO, Deepak leads Purple Fabric’s next phase of innovation, growth, and global scale. His leadership is anchored in building an AI-native organisation defined by speed, ownership, trust, and measurable customer value.
