Chief Strategy Officer

Vikas Misra serves as the President and Chief Strategy Officer at Intellect, a role he assumed in November 2025, after being elevated from Executive Vice President. He joined the company’s predecessor, Polaris Software Group, in April 1996 and has since advanced through pivotal leadership positions. His career highlights include heading the Emerging Verticals SBU with global responsibility in 2006, contributing to the Services Business transition at Polaris and Virtusa in 2016-2017, and serving as CEO of Digital & Government Business in April 2018, where he managed the Government e-Marketplace. Since January 2020, Vikas has been a key member of the Office of Strategy at Intellect, collaborating closely with the company’s leadership team on mid- to long-term initiatives and providing strategic guidance across all functions to drive the vision.
