Intellect Wealth launches CBX-RM – A Contextual Banking Experience for Relationship Managers
Intellect recently launched its cloud-ready, RM-first, modular front-office solution CBX-RM (Contextual Banking Experience for Relationship Managers). Built on the Design Thinking framework, CBX-RM is a part of Wealth Qube, Intellect’s end-to-end digital wealth suite.
To address this pertinent need of a Hypercare service in a new less-contact society, Intellect has architected CBX-RM, which empowers wealth teams to deliver the Advantage 2020 i.e., delivering a 20% annual increase in revenue and a 20% reduction in the cost to deliver that revenue. With its Omni-channel digital front face, backed by deep analytics, the solution is designed to quickly meet these rising expectations on customer experience.
To demonstrate the essence of CBX-RM, a series of interactive webinars by wealth experts were rolled out across geographies – APAC, India, and Middle East. The webinars were well received amongst a wide variety of audiences, with profiles ranging from CXOs, Founders and Partners to Senior Managers, Consultants, and RMs.
